In November 2016, the American public elected a President and Congress committed to major reform of the administrative state. The platform the administration espoused included fundamental changes in the way we govern and regulate health, the environment, and the financial sector.
Taking place a year after the election, the Deregulatory Frontiers Conference will examine the changes in these sectors. Specifically, the conference panels will analyze the effect of the administrative changes on the regulation of public health, healthcare, environmental protections, the banking sector, and on populations that depend on these fields.
